L'Atelier du Lurien opened its doors in Buzy, in the Ossau Valley, in November 2025!
This is a butcher shop, delicatessen, and also a caterer in association with Baptiste Carrey, Guillaume Sassoubre and Béñat Restoyburu of Atelier d'Ossau.
Here, everything is done with passion, respect for the product, and good humor. Flavorful meats, homemade charcuterie, lovingly prepared prepared dishes... there will be something for all food lovers and those curious about new tastes!
