This stage, which goes from Col d'Aubisque to Gourette to finish at
Eaux-Bonnes, links three major sites. The setting is sumptuous, dominated by the Pic de Ger massif.

From the car park, take the track to the right just before going down to Soulor. Under the tv relay, take a path on the right on the side. Join the ridge and follow it, pulling to the right. Pass the Col de Casteix and continue on the ridge. Turn left, leave the ridge for a path that starts on the side. At the Col d'Arbaze, descend into a valley. At a ledge, go down to the right. To the right, take the path that goes up. Pass a croup, descend then turn right. Join the GR®10 and go up. At the Col de Tortes, go down following the path; on the left, take the flat path. Then descend in switchbacks. Above Gourette, take the left track which goes up slightly. Pass a water reserve and go down.

In the Cardet car park, go down the road, take the first left, cross the car park and go up opposite. Pass in front of the cable car station, to the right then at the foot of the ski slopes. Take the stony road which passes above the hotel "La boule de neige". Go up for about 700m. At the first bend, turn right then left, climb to the top of the black wood. Go down and at the level of a pond, go up to the right on the ski slope. Continue to climb on it. Reach the arrival station of the Bézou gondola, pass it and descend the ski slope to the bottom. Go up slightly to the right. To the right, take the path that goes down and passes under the water reservoir.

Which forms a lake (reserve snow cannons in winter). Then go up towards the antenna by pulling to the right. Walk 200m on the track. To the right, take a path that crosses. Cross an avalanche corridor and follow the path to the Bouy plateau, which you skirt around on the left while remaining level (where the pretty little restored pastoral hut which bears the name of this plateau is also located). After that, most of this hike will be in the shade. Pleasant to do on hot days. At the pass, descend into the woods. Join a track that you follow on the way down. The path will end on a forest track which runs along the dry Sourde torrent in summer. Arriving on the road, you will pass in front of the church, the thermal spa, continue to go down to the Darralde garden in the center of Eaux-Bonnes.
