1

The crow's feet

From the parking lot, walk up the D934 for 15 minutes, then turn left before the power station. Cross the Alhas bridge. Continue along the path, which then becomes a forest road, until you reach a fork in the road.

2

Cliff of the Tume

From here, two routes are possible: either the path to the right along the Corniche des Alhas, with its vertiginous but well-secured sections (handrail: cable), or continuing along the main track which descends to the Goua bridge and then climbs again after it. The two routes rejoin after 30 minutes. After a steep climb, you reach the Tume cliff.
3

Hourquette d'arre

After a final switchback, the trail continues on level ground. Leave the Cabanes de Cézy on your left, keeping a safe distance (500 m), and continue along the path overlooking the Soussouéou plain. Leaving the Soussouéou plain behind, the climb resumes (3 hours 30 minutes). After 45 minutes, cross a small stream and continue the ascent on the left bank. You will soon reach a flat area and a small pond, before climbing to the Hourquette d'Arre pass.

4

Coast of Goua

Head towards Gourette, leaving a stone hut on your right. From there, yellow markers, then blue markers, overlap with the GR10; continue straight ahead. Continue the descent towards Lac d'Anglas. Leave the ruins of the old iron mine to your right and Lac d'Anglas to your left. At the end of the lake, you'll find a sign; descend towards Gourette, passing to the left of the Coste de Goua hut, and arrive at a fork in the path.
5
